                    [0] => Introduction: This paper presents a perspective on user studies to understand the formation of knowledge based on the intertwined relationship between individuals and information, identified through information practices. Methodology: It is a bibliographic research project that discusses the genealogy of knowledge formation, grounded in social theory, the appreciation of individuals´ historicity, and the shaping of their actions. Results: Information practices encompass everyday elements linked to how individuals relate to information. Regarding knowledge formation, there is a reciprocal and inseparable action between the informational subject and social values, whose explanations can be supported by anthropological and particularly sociological theories relating to how the subjects themselves, information, and social values are shaped. Conclusion: The informational subject is an agent in knowledge formation. By relating to social and cultural values within the realm of information, the praxeological aspect of the continuous and permanent interaction of being and existing in the world is emphasized, shaping the individual´s knowledge of the reality they are involved in.@en
                    [1] => Introdução: O trabalho apresenta uma perspectiva dos estudos de usuários para compreender a formação do conhecimento, a partir da relação imbricada dos sujeitos com a informação, identificada por práticas informacionais. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica que discute a genealogia da formação do conhecimento fundamentada na teoria social, na valorização da historicidade dos sujeitos e na conformação de suas ações. Resultados: as práticas informacionais abarcam elementos do cotidiano, ligadas a forma como os sujeitos se relacionam com a informação. Quanto à formação do conhecimento, destaca-se uma ação recíproca e inseparável do sujeito informacional e os valores sociais, cujas explicações podem ser sustentadas por teorias antropológicas e sobretudo sociológicas, relacionadas pela forma como são conformados os próprios sujeitos, a informação e os valores sociais. Conclusão: o sujeito informacional é agente na formação do conhecimento. Ao se relacionar com os valores sociais e culturais no âmbito da informação, ressalta-se o aspecto praxiológico da interação contínua e permanente de ser e estar no mundo, conformando o conhecimento do sujeito sobre a realidade em que está envolvido.@pt
