                                            [0] => This paper investigates the transnational relations established between Ferdinand Denis, Varnhagen and Ramiz Galvão, considering the imaginary of the nation that the intellectual activity of these men sought to erect. Its object of study is the Ferdinand Denis collection (Bibliothèque Sainte-Geneviève, Paris). It also seeks to reconstruct the history of the rediscovery of this collection in the 1950s by Cícero Dias. The analysis is guided by Le Goff’s reflections on the binomial document/monument.

                                            [1] => Este artículo investiga las relaciones transnacionales establecidas entre Ferdinand Denis, Varnhagen y Ramiz Galvão, considerando el imaginario de la nación que la actividad intelectual de estos hombres pretendía erigir. Su objeto de estudio es la Colección Ferdinand Denis (Bibliothèque Sainte-Geneviève, París). También trata de reconstruir la historia del redescubrimiento de esta colección en los años cincuenta por Cícero Dias. Los análisis se guían por las reflexiones de Le Goff sobre el binomio documento/monumento.

                                            [2] => Este artigo investiga as relações transnacionais estabelecidas entre Ferdinand Denis, Varnhagen e Ramiz Galvão, considerando o imaginário de nação que a atividade intelectual desses homens buscava erigir. Assim, toma como objeto de estudo o fundo Ferdinand Denis (Bibliothèque Sainte-Geneviève, Paris). Ademais, busca reconstituir a história da redescoberta do referido acervo, na década de 1950, por Cícero Dias. As reflexões de Le Goff concernentes ao binômio documento/monumento norteiam as análises.
