                    [0] => This essay proposes the adoption of a cultural socio-technical perspective for the development of an automated methodology for recommending reviewers in publications in the field of Science and Technology. The objective is to argue about the main guidelines to be considered so that such a methodology is flexible and dynamically adapts to the specific requirements of an Editorial Board (EB), in line with its policies and practices for selecting evaluators. Starting from a systematic and updated mapping of research on automatic recommendation of reviewers, and based on the theoretical framework of the Dynamic Intermedial Device, a study was carried out focusing on a scientific publication in Education Sciences from a research institute in Argentina. As part of the analysis, a survey was designed for members with experience in EB, which allowed obtaining key information. The results underline the importance of the EB establishing consensus to define the inclusion of various factors and their configuration parameters, which gives flexibility to the methodology. It is also highlighted that socio-technical participation is essential to ensure that an IT innovation responds adaptively to different contexts through the weighted inclusion of multiple factors, using advanced natural language processing techniques.@en
                    [1] => Este ensayo propone la adopción de una perspectiva socio-técnica cultural para el desarrollo de una metodología automatizada de recomendación de revisores en publicaciones del ámbito de la Ciencia y la Tecnología. El objetivo es argumentar sobre los principales lineamientos a considerar para que dicha metodología sea flexible y se adapte dinámicamente a los requisitos específicos de un Consejo Editorial (CE), en consonancia con sus políticas y prácticas de selección de evaluadores. Partiendo de un mapeo sistemático y actualizado de investigaciones sobre recomendación automática de revisores, y basándose en el marco teórico del Dispositivo Intermedial Dinámico, se realizó un estudio centrado en una publicación científica en Ciencias de la Educación de un instituto de investigación de Argentina. Como parte del análisis, se diseñó una encuesta dirigida a miembros con experiencia en CE, la cual permitió obtener información clave. Los resultados subrayan la importancia de que el CE establezca consensos para definir la inclusión de diversos factores y sus parámetros de configuración, lo cual otorga flexibilidad a la metodología. Se destaca, además, que la participación socio-técnica es esencial para asegurar que una innovación informática responda de forma adaptativa a diferentes contextos mediante la inclusión ponderada de múltiples factores, utilizando técnicas avanzadas de procesamiento del lenguaje natural.@es
