                                            [0] => This paper aims to present the project implemented in the Library System of the Catholic University of Córdoba (UCCb): “A more inclusive catalog, subject headings without gender bias and discrimination”.  From the axis of social librarianship, those of us who work in the professional field of libraries must build real bridges between the community and the institution. In an analysis of the descriptors used in the bibliographic catalog, the need to eliminate gender bias and discrimination in subject headings was detected.                                             [1] => El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar el proyecto implementado en el Sistema de Bibliotecas de la Universidad Católica de Córdoba (UCCb): “Un catálogo más inclusivo, encabezamientos de materia sin sesgos de género y discriminación”. Desde la perspectiva de bibliotecología social, las personas que trabajamos en el campo profesional de las bibliotecas debemos construir los verdaderos puentes entre la comunidad y la institución. En un análisis de los descriptores utilizados en el catálogo bibliográfico, detectamos la necesidad de eliminar sesgos de género y discriminación en los encabezamientos de materia. Con nuestro trabajo buscamos promover una mayor precisión y claridad en la descripción de los materiales y sensibilizar al personal de la biblioteca, a las personas usuarias y a las instituciones pares sobre la importancia de utilizar un lenguaje inclusivo en el contexto bibliográfico.
