                    [0] => The audiobook, as an informational resource, covers a wide variety of content, being an audio version of literary, academic, scientific works, among others. This study had the general objective of developing recommendations for information retrieval on audiobook platforms in the Brazilian context. Methodologically, the research was characterized as exploratory, descriptive and applied, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, divided into four stages. Through an RSL on audiobooks at CI, gaps were identified regarding representation and retrieval of information on the platforms. From then on, the platforms were most used in the Brazilian scenario: Audible, Ubook, Skeelo, Storytel and Tocalivros, were identified, through a survey and opinion, and the metadata and functionalities in the mobile and desktop environments were analyzed, in 2023, based on criteria defined based on literature and existing metadata standards. The recommendations suggested the standardization of metadata, the standardization of resources, the implementation of advanced searches and the use of techniques such as machine learning. These recommendations aim to improve existing platforms and highlight the relevance of CI in representing and retrieving information in digital environments, in addition to contributing to the democratization of access to books, generating a positive social impact.@en
                    [1] => O audiolivro, como recurso informacional, abrange uma ampla variedade de conteúdos, sendo uma versão em áudio de obras literárias, acadêmicas, científicas, entre outras. Este estudo teve como objetivo geral elaborar recomendações para a recuperação de informação em plataformas de audiolivros no contexto brasileiro. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa foi caracterizada como exploratória, descritiva e aplicada, com abordagem quali e quantitativa, dividida em quatro etapas. Por meio de uma RSL sobre audiolivros na CI, foram identificadas lacunas sobre representação e recuperação de informação nas plataformas. A partir de então, as plataformas foram mais utilizadas no cenário brasileiro: Audible, Ubook, Skeelo, Storytel e Tocalivros, foram identificadas, por meio de uma pesquisa e opinião, e analisados os metadados e funcionalidades nos ambientes mobile e desktop, em 2023, a partir de critérios definidos com base na literatura e padrões de metadados existentes. As recomendações sugeriram a padronização de metadados, a uniformização de recursos, a implementação de buscas avançadas e o uso de técnicas como o aprendizado de máquina. Essas recomendações visam melhorar as plataformas existentes e destacam a relevância da CI na representação e recuperação de informações em ambientes digitais, além de contribuir com a democratização do acesso aos livros, gerando impacto social positivo.@pt
