                    [0] => It applies Wilson´s theory to investigate the barriers faced by justice interactants when using the  Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Sul e Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná institutional websites. It develops an exploratory, qualitative and documentary research, by analyzing 201 complaints to the court fo justice between 2019 and 2021. It identifies three main categories of barriers (environmental, personal and social) and their subcategories. It recognizes the interconnection between these barriers and it highlights the main barriers faced by court justice websites, encouraging similar investigation into other institutional court websites. It concludes that barriers can violate the laws of inclusion and access to information.@en
                    [1] => Aplica a teoria de Wilson para investigar as barreiras enfrentadas pelos interagentes da justiça durante o uso dos sites institucionais do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Sul e Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná. Desenvolve uma pesquisa exploratória, qualitativa e documental e analisa 201 manifestações às Ouvidorias de Justiça dos tribunais entre 2019 e 2021. Identifica três categorias principais de barreiras (ambientais, pessoais e sociais) e suas subcategorias e reconhece a interconexão entre essas barreiras.
