                    [0] => The construction industry is knowledge intensive. This topic is extremely relevant in several countries, where a lot of knowledge is generated when executing construction projects and part of this is not retained by construction companies. The objective of this work is to identify how construction companies use the knowledge acquired when executing construction projects, and transform it into organizational knowledge, in order to obtain better results in future projects. For this, a literature review was carried out, through the reading and interpretation of selected documents, and a questionnaire was applied, which was sent to 150 engineers working in construction companies, obtaining 101 responses. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed and associated with the data collected in the literature review. It could be observed that knowledge management in the construction industry is a challenge, and that efficient knowledge management would allow construction companies to transfer knowledge between their various projects in order to obtain better results.@en
                    [1] => A indústria da construção é de conhecimento intensivo. Este tema é de extrema relevância em diversos países, onde muito conhecimento é gerado ao executar projetos de construção e parte deste não é retido pelas empresas de construção. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar como as empresas de construção utilizam o conhecimento adquirido ao executar projetos de construção, e o transformam em conhecimento organizacional, de modo a obter melhores resultados em projetos futuros. Para isso realizou-se uma revisão de literatura, mediante a leitura e interpretação de documentos selecionados, e aplicou-se um questionário, o qual foi enviado para 150 engenheiros que trabalham em empresas de construção, obtendo-se 101 respostas. Os resultados do questionário foram analisados e associados aos dados coletados na revisão de literatura. Pôde-se observar que a gestão do conhecimento na indústria da construção é um desafio, e que a gestão eficiente do conhecimento permitiria às empresas de construção transferir conhecimento entre seus vários projetos de forma a obter melhores resultados.@pt
