                    [0] => This article reflects on information practices from the perspective of information mediation in university libraries, with the aim of highlighting technodiversity in the social context. The objective of the study is to understand the role of information mediation when confronted with the issues of technodiversity and information practices. As for the methodology used, the article adopts a literature review, using the main scientific platforms in the field of Information Science, and is characterized by exploratory bibliographical research with a qualitative approach, adopting an integrative review by synthesizing and critically analyzing previous studies. The selection of materials was made considering their relevance to the themes of information practices, information mediation and technodiversity. In these respects, it seeks to highlight the relationship between the themes, in order to encourage the construction of knowledge and enable reflection on the formation of individuals who are the protagonists of their stories and who value their cultural and social identity. The conclusion is that information professionals and users are potentially agents for bringing about social change, even though they are in different conditions when it comes to building knowledge. In this context, technological resources are cooperative instruments, although they should not be imposed in a generalized way on different realities.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo realiza reflexões acerca de práticas informacionais sob a perspectiva da mediação da informação na ambiência de bibliotecas universitárias, buscando evidenciar a tecnodiversidade no contexto social. Com o objetivo de compreender o papel do mediador da informação quando confrontado com as questões da tecnodiversidade e da apropriação da informação pelos sujeitos informacionais. Quanto à metodologia utilizada, o artigo adota a revisão de literatura, caracterizando uma pesquisa bibliográfica do tipo exploratória. Evidenciou-se que a relação entre práticas informacionais, mediação da informação e tecnodiversidade pode favorecer a formação e construção do conhecimento, gerando indivíduos protagonistas de suas próprias histórias, fortalecendo a identidade cultural e social. Em suma, o contraponto sobre a condução de uma transformação social, que não seja imposta por recursos tecnológicos, de realidades distintas ao contexto, constatou-se que está nas mãos dos profissionais e dos usuários da informação.@pt
