                                            [0] => The text is theoretically affiliated with Discourse Analysis. The authors Pêcheux, Foucault and Courtine, among others, are mobilized. The analytical corpus is composed of six text-images that circulated in the media and an official document (Interministerial Ordinance). 2 are photographs during Lula’s presidential inauguration, on January 1, 2023, in his third term. The third is the federal government logo. The fourth is by Lula in 2018. The fifth photograph is of Lula in 1979, at an assembly of the ABC Metalworkers Union, in São Bernardo do Campo/SP. The sixth and last is the image of LGBTQIAPN+ indigenous people in rural Brazilian areas. I analyze materialities of bodies and emotions in discourses. I analyze the process of meaning of Lula’s governability in his governing practices for the LGBTQIAPN+ indigenous population in Brazilian rural areas. Through the Bem Viver+ Program, Lula’s biopolitics pays attention to this group of subjects of sexual diversity. Unlike being socially silenced and erased, Lula’s Government asserts rights to their bodies, presentified in the order of the body of language and the body of image, symbolically propelling such Brazilians into social and rural practices, giving visibility and legitimization to the constitution of their knowledge for legal rights and powers of existence and significance. In view of this, I seek to discuss the functioning of the body as a discursive materiality, through signifiers of rights, social program, memory of struggles to claim visibility, powers, by establishing relationships of existence with the dignity of the human person and with the human rights in the Democratic Rule of Law.
                                            [1] => O texto está teoricamente filiado na Análise do Discurso. São mobilizados os autores Pêcheux, Foucault e Courtine, dentre outros. O corpus analítico é composto por cinco textos-imagens que circularam nas mídias. Duas são fotografias durante a posse presidencial de Lula, em 1º de janeiro de 2023, em seu terceiro mandato. A terceira é o logo do governo federal. A quarta é de Lula em 2018. A quinta fotografia é de Lula em 1979, em assembleia do Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos do ABC, em São Bernardo do Campo/SP. Coloco em análises materialidades de corpos e emoções em discursos. Analiso o processo de significação da governamentalidade de Lula em suas práticas de governar e a sua biopolítica atenta à diversidade do povo brasileiro. Diferente do ato de silenciar e/ou de apagar a diversidade socialmente, o Governo de Lula afirma direitos aos seus corpos, presentificados na ordem do corpo da língua e do corpo da imagem, simbolicamente ao (im)pulsionar tais brasileiros em práticas sociais, dando visibilidade e legitimação à constituição de seus saberes por direitos e poderes legais de existência e significância. Diante disso, busco discutir o funcionamento do corpo como materialidade discursiva, por meio de significantes de direitos, de memória de lutas de reivindicação à visibilização, de poderes, ao estabelecer relações de existência com a dignidade da pessoa humana e com os direitos humanos no Estado Democrático de Direito.
