                    [0] => Introduction: the paper examines the crucial role of school libraries as educational resources that enhance student learning and development. Objective: to highlight the importance of organizing information in school libraries, presenting an experience report on the implementation of the management and organization system at the British School of Brasília. For this purpose, the Koha software and the color signaling system were chosen to identify the copies. Methodology: the research used the qualitative method that proposes to carry out theoretical-practical construction to improve knowledge about the lived experience, reported from the researcher´s perspective regarding the context of the library of the British School of Brasília, it is, therefore, an experience report. Conclusion: the model applied in the library of the British School of Brasília has the potential to be applied in other libraries in the school context, given that the organization of the school library presented, especially the technologies employed and the classification used, reflect an environment conducive to information retrieval, the encouragement of reading and, consequently, the promotion of user learning.@en
                    [1] => Introdução: o trabalho examina o papel crucial das bibliotecas escolares como recursos educacionais que reforçam a aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento dos alunos. Objetivo: ressaltar a importância da organização da informação em bibliotecas escolares, apresentando um relato de experiência sobre a implementação do sistema de gerenciamento e organização na Escola Britânica de Brasília. Para isso, foi escolhido o software Koha e o sistema de sinalização por cores para a identificação dos exemplares. Metodologia: a pesquisa se valeu do método qualitativo que propõe realizar a construção teórico-prática para o aprimoramento dos conhecimentos sobre a experiência vivida, relatada a partir da perspectiva do pesquisador a respeito do contexto da biblioteca da Escola Britânica de Brasília, trata-se, portanto, de um relato de experiência. Conclusão: o modelo aplicado na biblioteca da Escola Britânica de Brasília possui potencial para aplicação em outras bibliotecas no contexto escolar, tendo em vista que a organização da biblioteca escolar apresentada, especialmente as tecnologias empregadas e a classificação utilizada, refletem um ambiente propício para a recuperação da informação, o estímulo à leitura e, consequentemente, a promoção da aprendizagem dos usuários.@pt
