                    [0] => The main objective of this research is to identify the information needs and information behavior of users of geographic information systems or geousers belonging to communities of the social network Facebook. From both qualitative and quantitative methods, it is recognized that this segment of geousers have technological competences and skills for searching, retrieving geographic information and interacting with systems; however, it is detected that among the main needs are the knowledge of geographic information sources and GIS training, aspects that open the possibility for libraries and other information units to offer potential services related to geoinformation.@en
                    [1] => El objetivo principal de esta investigación es identificarlas necesidades de información y el comportamiento informativo de usuarios de sistemas e información geográfica o geousuarios pertenecientes a comunidades de la red social Facebook. A partir de métodos tanto cualitativos como cuantitativos, se reconoce que este segmento de geousuarios cuenta con competencias y habilidades tecnológicas para la búsqueda, recuperación de información geográfica e interacción con los sistemas; sin embargo, se detecta que entre las necesidades primordiales están las que conciernen al conocimiento de fuentes de información geográfica y la capacitación en SIG, aspectos que abren la posibilidad de que las bibliotecas y otras unidades de información ofrezcan servicios potenciales relacionados con la geoinformación.@es
