                    [0] => The objective of this article is to identify and understand some possible stressors associated with burnout syndrome as the particular result of chronic stress at work in librarians working in university libraries. More specifically, the aim was to verify to what extent such stressors can affect the work practices of librarians, and, to suggest preventive measures and recommendations. The research was conducted as a study with a qualitative, deductive and exploratory approach, with a time frame from 2013 to 2023; data were obtained using a bibliographic review. In total, 14 scientific articles relevant to the proposed study were selected. To extract, analyze and discuss the results of the selected articles, the Content Analysis method was used. As a result, a table was created containing 10 variables with recommended actions that can be applied in the context of university libraries. In this way, it is possible for both librarians and organization managers to understand and manage the stressors related to professional burnout in the workplace.@en
                    [1] => O objetivo do presente artigo é identificar e compreender alguns possíveis agentes estressores associados à síndrome de burnout como o resultado particular do estresse crônico no trabalho em bibliotecários de bibliotecas universitárias. Mais especificamente, pretendeu-se verificar em que medida tais agentes estressores podem afetar a organização do trabalho dessa população e, a seguir, sugerir medidas e recomendações preventivas. A pesquisa caracterizou-se como um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, dedutiva e exploratória, com recorte temporal de 2013 a 2023, cujos dados foram obtidos utilizando a revisão bibliográfica. Ao todo foram selecionados 14 artigos científicos pertinentes à proposta do estudo. Para a extração, análise e discussão dos resultados dos artigos selecionados, utilizou-se o método de Análise de Conteúdo. Como resultado se confeccionou um quadro contendo 10 variáveis com ações recomendadas que possam ser aplicadas no contexto de bibliotecas universitárias. Desta forma, possibilita-se que tanto bibliotecários quanto gestores da organização compreendam e gerenciem os agentes estressores relacionados ao esgotamento profissional no ambiente de trabalho.@pt
