                                            [0] => This research aims to verify works on storytelling produced in the area of ​​Information Science and their interlocution with Law and Literature. The methodological perspective is based on a social bias, using a qualitative approach. As methods, bibliographical research was used in the Reference Database of Articles and Journals in Information Science (Brapci) and in the Journal Portal of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes). As for data analysis, content analysis was adopted, with the establishment of the category: mediation of information, storytelling and law. The results show that there is an operationalization of storytelling with the adoption of literary works, aiming at clarifying the language, but without specific projects on the subject coming from universities. It is concluded that storytelling contributes to the accessibility of procedural discourse, however it lacks incentive actions in favor of promoting this art in the academic legal scenario.
                                            [1] => Esta pesquisa objetiva verificar os trabalhos sobre storytelling produzidos na área de Ciência da Informação e a interlocução destes com o Direito e a Literatura..A perspectiva metodológica está pautada sob um viés social, com uso da abordagem qualitativa. Como métodos se fez uso da pesquisa bibliográfica na Base de Dados Referenciais de Artigos e Periódicos em Ciência da Informação (Brapci) e no Portal de Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes). Quanto à análise dos dados, adotou-se a análise de conteúdo, com o estabelecimento da categoria: mediação da informação, storytelling e Direito. Os resultados demonstram que há uma operacionalização do storytelling com a adoção de obras literárias, visando à clarificação da linguagem, porém sem projetos específicos sobre a temática oriundos de universidades. Conclui-se que a contação de histórias corrobora para acessibilidade do discurso processual, contudo carece de ações de incentivo em prol da promoção desta arte no cenário jurídico acadêmico.
