                    [0] => The present work comprehensive approach to reading and library that starts from reading the world through the libertarian context of human language, which aims at communication and, mainly, the expansion of worldviews, through the context of who speaks of who reads and of whoever writes. On the path of liberation through reading, there is a text that carries with it a place of speech, the interpretant and the interpreted meet in the possible readings and adapt to the context, or circumstantial interpretations. The paths to these interpretive encounters are facilitated by the continuing education of professionals, by the image and status of the librarian and the library - which are raised to give access to information sources, with the example of the book and other forms of mediation in the library space. school. These school systems need to address access issues, but they must take into account cognitive aspects of the human person to promote reading practices. It is concluded that it is difficult for information to bring setbacks to citizen life, in this sense the school library has in its social function, the mission of going beyond the preservation of collections, that is, promoting the dissemination of useful information that promotes meaning for a citizen liberation, stimulating new skills and abilities for the entire librarian community in the country.@en
                    [1] => O presente trabalho apresenta uma abordagem compreensiva sobre leitura e biblioteca que parte da leitura de mundo mediante o contexto libertário da linguagem humana, que visa à comunicação e, principalmente, a ampliação das visões de mundo, através do contexto de quem fala, de quem lê e de quem escreve. No caminho da libertação pela leitura existe um texto que carrega consigo um lugar de fala, o interpretante e o interpretado se encontram nas leituras possíveis e se adéquam ao contexto, ou interpretações circunstanciais. Os caminhos para esses encontros interpretativos são facilitados pela formação continuada dos profissionais, pela imagem e status da pessoa bibliotecária e da biblioteca – que se erguem para dar acesso as fontes de informação, com o exemplo do livro e outras formas de mediação no espaço da biblioteca escolar. Esses sistemas escolares necessitam atender a questões de acesso, mas devem levar em conta aspectos cognitivos da pessoa humana para promover as práticas leitoras. Conclui-se que há dificuldade de a informação trazer recuos a vida cidadã, nesse sentido a biblioteca escolar tem em sua função social, a missão de ir além da preservação de acervos, ou seja, promover a difusão de informações úteis que promova sentido para uma libertação cidadã, estimulando novas competências e habilidades para toda a comunidade de bibliotecários do país.@pt
