                    [0] => The present study seeks to investigate and characterize research on the topic of emotional intelligence, based on the analysis of articles published in the last 11 years, covering the period from 2011 to 2021, in journals indexed to the international database Web Of Science, in the areas of psychology and management. For this, the bibliometric approach was used. The results revealed the identification of the main authors who research the topic, main journals that published on the topic, universities in which the authors are associated, methodological procedures of the studies found and, finally, it was possible to establish some future directions for other researchers. Thus, from these identified characteristics it is possible to have a better understanding of emotional intelligence and the factors that are positively associated with the theme. Furthermore, it is hoped that this study can serve as a guide for other researchers on the main aspects involving emotional intelligence, as there is an understanding that individuals´ emotions interfere positively and negatively in their behavior.@en
                    [1] => O presente estudo busca investigar e caracterizar as pesquisas sobre o tema inteligência emocional, a partir da análise de artigos publicados nos últimos 11 anos, compreendendo o período de 2011 a 2021, em periódicos indexados à base internacional Web Of Science, das áreas de psicologia e administração. Para isso, foi utilizada a abordagem bibliométrica. Os resultados revelaram a identificação dos principais autores que pesquisam o tema, principais periódicos que publicaram sobre o tema, universidades nas quais os autores são associados, procedimentos metodológicos dos estudos encontrado e, por fim, foi possível estabelecer alguns direcionamentos futuros para outros pesquisadores. Assim, a partir destas características identificadas é possível um maior entendimento sobre a inteligência emocional e os fatores que se associam positivamente com o tema. Ademais, espera-se que este estudo possa servir como um guia para outros pesquisadores sobre os principais aspectos que envolvem a inteligência emocional, à medida que haja a compreensão de que as emoções dos indivíduos interferem positiva e negativamente em seu comportamento.@pt
