                                            [0] => The National Meeting of Information Science Research (ENANCIB) aims to stimulate scientific production in Information Science. In 2019 occurs the twentieth edition of the event. The purpose of this paper is to present the historical trajectory of the Working Group 4 - Information and Knowledge Management at ENANCIB and to point out the main developments and trends related to this theme. The literature review method on Knowledge Management and Innovation was used. Also, a quantitative research was conducted, which had as empirical field the survey of publications of WG 4 available in the annals of all  editions of ENANCIB. In the end, it was concluded that Knowledge Management evolves towards speed, learning and competitive differential, and can be assessed in at least three ways. Aspects are the focus on the knowledge cycle, management focus and innovation.
                                            [1] => O Encontro Nacional de Pesquisa em Ciência da Informação (ENANCIB) tem como objetivo estimular a produção científica na Ciência da Informação. No ano de 2019 ocorre a vigésima edição do evento. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar a trajetória histórica do Grupo de Trabalho 4 - Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento no ENANCIB e apontar as principais evoluções e tendências relacionadas à essa temática. Utilizou-se o método da revisão bibliográfica sobre Gestão do Conhecimento e Inovação. Ainda, realizou-se uma pesquisa quantitativa, que teve como campo empírico o levantamento das publicações do GT 4 disponíveis nos anais de todas as edições do ENANCIB. Ao final, concluiu-se que a Gestão do Conhecimento evolui em direção à rapidez, aprendizagem e diferencial competitivo, e pode ser avaliada no mínimo sob três aspectos. Os aspectos são o foco no ciclo do conhecimento, no foco da gestão e na inovação.
