                                            [0] => The objective of this research was to analyze scientific publications in Portuguese, published in Brazil, about “information retrieval”, on the Brazilian Portal for Open Access to Scientific Information (oasisbr), from 2007 to 2016. For the analysis of the works, we used whether a quantitative, descriptive research, regarding the procedures adopted in the data collection was documentary, and as for the methodological process, it was desk research. For the analysis of the works, the following categories were used: presence of the terminology “information retrieval” in the title; periodical and / or published event; number of authors / authors; institution of publication and origin of the works and federative unit thereof; year of publication; area of ​​application of the studies. A sample of 29 articles was analyzed, with a total of 56 authors (co-authors were also considered). The place with the largest number of publications was the ENANCIB event with 8 works, this also the main meeting of the area in Brazil. Also noteworthy are the journals, Perspectives in Information Science at UFMG with 5 papers, the BIBLOS by FURG with 4 papers. As for the states of origin of the works, São Paulo with 7 works, followed by Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais, respectively with 5 and 4 works. The research demonstrated that the studies involving “information retrieval” are not exclusively of information science professionals, but of several other areas, such as school libraries, in digital databases, digital databases of music and videos, in the interaction of users with the systems, in the languages ​​of the systems, in the capital market, among others.
                                            [1] => O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar as publicações científicas em português, publicadas no Brasil, sobre “recuperação da informação”, no Portal Brasileiro de Acesso Aberto à Informação Científica (oasisbr), no período de 2007 a 2016. Para análise dos trabalhos, utilizou-se uma pesquisa quantitativa, descritiva, quanto aos procedimentos adotados na coleta de dados foi documental, e quanto ao processo metodológico foi desk research. Para análise dos trabalhos utilizou-se as categorias: presença da terminologia “recuperação da informação” no título; periódico e/ou evento publicado; número de autor/autores; instituição de publicação e de origem dos trabalhos e unidade federativa da mesma; ano de publicação; área de aplicação dos estudos. Foi analisada uma amostra com 29 artigos, com um total de 56 autores (foram considerados também os coautores). O local com maior número de publicações foi o evento ENANCIB com oito trabalhos, este também o principal encontro da área no Brasil. Destacam-se também os periódicos, Perspectivas em Ciência da Informação da UFMG com cinco trabalhos, o BIBLOS da FURG com quatro trabalhos. Quanto aos estados de origem dos trabalhos, São Paulo com sete trabalhos, seguido pelo Rio de Janeiro e Minas Gerais, respectivamente com cinco e quatro trabalhos. A pesquisa demonstrou que os estudos envolvendo recuperação da informação não são exclusivamente dos profissionais da ciência da informação, mas de diversas outras áreas, como bibliotecas escolares,  bases de dados digitais, bases digitais de músicas e vídeos, na interação dos usuários com os sistemas, nas linguagens dos sistemas, no mercado de capitais, entre outros.
