                    [0] => This research addresses planning in unities of information, with the objective of identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the library of library of Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (IFCE) Iguatu Campus, through SWOT Analysis. Develops a literature review on library planning and SWOT Analysis, based on the ideas of Kotler and Keller (2018) and Kotler and Armstrong (2015). It uses bibliographic research and the application of the SWOT Analysis method by Kotler and Keller (2018) as methodological procedures. It presents a case study, with qualitative analysis, of the library of Cajazeiras Unit of the IFCE Iguatu Campus. In view of the mapping of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the analyzed variables of the Library under study, it is possible to identify the many problems existing in this information unit, with eight viable execution strategies related to services, institutional relations, the collection, technological infrastructure and physical infrastructure/facilities, which can be incorporated into the planning process of the analyzed information unit.@en
                    [1] => Esta pesquisa aborda o planejamento em unidades de informação, tendo como objetivo identificar forças, fraquezas, oportunidades e ameaças da biblioteca do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará (IFCE) Campus de Iguatu, por meio de Análise SWOT. Desenvolve uma revisão de literatura sobre planejamento em bibliotecas e sobre Análise SWOT, fundamentada nas ideias de Kotler e Keller (2018) e Kotler e Armstrong (2015). Utiliza como procedimentos metodológicos a pesquisa bibliográfica e a aplicação do método de Análise SWOT de Kotler e Keller (2018). Apresenta um estudo de caso, com análise qualitativa, da biblioteca da Unidade Cajazeiras do IFCE Campus de Iguatu. Diante do mapeamento das forças, fraquezas, oportunidades e ameaças das variáveis analisadas da Biblioteca em estudo, é possível identificar os muitos problemas existentes nessa unidade de informação, sendo elaboradas oito estratégias de execução viável relacionadas aos serviços, às relações institucionais, ao acervo, à infraestrutura tecnológica e à infraestrutura/instalações físicas, que podem ser incorporadas ao processo de planejamento da unidade de informação analisada.@pt
