                    [0] => This paper adresses about the Robotic Process Automation technology into the Library context viewing the possibility its  application in this field. This work aimed to identify  the  approaches in the Librarianship  that can use  the specific  applications this technology, to do this it must know this technology  through  of conceptualization that  present its main advantages and benefits. The bibliographic and exploratory approach formed the method traced in this research. The result  detected  shows that there ares  links  between  this technology and the in the area of software automation for libraries services  as  the  digitization of documents, to avoid repetitive work, for example, the  cataloging, issuing  library fines to letters to users, information selective dissemination, virtual reference.  In short this technological tool can bring relevant contributions to the Librarianship  field.@en
                    [1] => Aborda a respeito da tecnologia intitulada Robotic Process Automation (Automação de Processos Robóticos), coadunando dentro do contexto da Biblioteconomia sobre a possibilidade de sua aplicação. Sendo assim, o foco principal é identificar quais são as vertentes dentro da Biblioteconomia que essa tecnologia pode ser utilizada e como específicos, têm-se: conhecer esta tecnologia sob o viés da conceituação e apresentar as suas principais vantagens e benefícios. O caminho metodológico traçado foi uma pesquisa bibliográfica e exploratória. Como resultados foram detectados que tal tecnologia possui ligações na vertente na automação de software para bibliotecas, na digitalização de documentos, para evitar trabalho repetitivo, como por exemplo: catalogação, emissão de carta cobrança para usuários em atraso com a biblioteca, Disseminação Seletiva da Informação, Referência Virtual ou seja, essa ferramenta tecnológica pode trazer contribuições relevantes para o contexto biblioteconômico.@pt
