                    [0] => The main objective of this article is to characterize research that addresses the theme Organizational Behavior, published in the SPELL database from 2009 to August 2019. The research is classified as a bibliometric study with a quantitative approach. In this study, it sought to identify the journals in which these researches were published, their respective Qualis, year of publication, authors who most published on the subject, the articles that achieved the greatest number of accesses, citations and downloads, in addition to the identification of the most mentioned constructs, the scales most used and the most repeated words in the title and keywords. The results found showed the emergence of developing research on Organizational Behavior in the national context, as only 53 articles were found. With the results obtained in this study, it is possible to suggest future research, as it was noted that there are several constructs little investigated with the studied theme. In addition, it was found that this topic provides few articles for analysis in the Brazilian context. Thus, it is suggested that future research should study the relationship of Organizational Behavior in line with the constructs found in this research, being able to apply these in the national environment as well as in the international environment.                     [1] => O presente artigo tem como objetivo principal caracterizar as pesquisas que abordem o tema Comportamento Organizacional, publicados na base de dados SPELL no período de 2009 até agosto de 2019.  A pesquisa é classificada como um estudo bibliométrico de abordagem quantitativa. Nesse estudo buscou identificar as revistas onde foram publicadas essas pesquisas, seus respectivas Qualis, ano das publicações, autores que mais publicaram sobre o assunto, os artigos que alcançaram maiores número de acessos citações e downloads, identificação dos construtos mais mencionados, as escalas mais utilizadas além das palavras mais repetidas nos títulos e palavras-chave. Os resultados encontrados evidenciaram a emergência de desenvolver pesquisas sobre Comportamento Organizacional no contexto nacional, pois encontrou-se apenas 53 artigos. Com os resultados obtidos nesse estudo é possível sugerir futuras pesquisas, pois notou-se que existem vários construtos pouco investigados com o tema estudado. Além disso, verificou-se que esta temática fornece poucos artigos para análise no contexto brasileiro. Assim, sugere-se que pesquisas futuras estudem a relação de Comportamento Organizacional alinhado com os construtos encontrados nessa pesquisa, podendo aplicar esses no ambiente nacional como também no contexto internacional. Esse estudo tem como limitação a base de dados utilizada, uma vez que concentra-se em apenas uma base nacional.@pt
