                    [0] => Research built from a bibliographic and case study carried out in the technical reserve of the Amazon Museum of the Federal University of Amazonas in the months of July to November 2022. Initially, it presents a literature review on museum technical reserves, concepts, characteristics and current scenario. The case study took place in a hybrid format, combining remote communication and the application of a questionnaire with the sector responsible for the museum´s technical reserve, and later a guided tour. Both addressed planning and operation issues, as well as possible positive and negative points identified by the space management. The museum´s target audience is the general community, with a large frequency of students, tourists and researchers. The museum technical reserve belongs to the Museology Division, and houses objects relating to the various collections that seek to dialogue from an intercultural perspective, giving rise to differences and expanding horizons. Among the difficulties identified, the lack of qualified professionals to work in the technical reserve stands out, which sometimes compromises and limits the development of activities. As a positive point, it was observed that the technical reserve is concerned with promoting democratization of access to the information contained in its collections. After analyzing the information collected, it was found that the actions developed in the museum´s technical reserve are extremely relevant given the precariousness of the museum sector, found in the reality of Amazonas.@en
                    [1] => Investigação construída a partir de um estudo bibliográfico e de caso realizado na reserva técnica do Museu Amazônico da Universidade Federal do Amazonas nos meses de julho a novembro de 2022. Apresenta inicialmente uma revisão de literatura sobre reservas técnicas museológicas, conceitos, características e cenário atual. O estudo de caso ocorreu em formato híbrido, mesclando comunicação remota e aplicação de um questionário junto ao setor responsável pela reserva técnica museológica, e posteriormente uma visita guiada. Ambos se direcionaram às questões de planejamento e funcionamento, bem como possíveis pontos positivos e negativos identificados pela gestão do espaço. O museu tem como público-alvo a comunidade em geral, com grande frequência de estudantes, turistas e pesquisadores. A reserva técnica museológica pertence à Divisão de Museologia, e abriga objetos referentes às diversas coleções que buscam dialogar pela perspectiva intercultural, dando lugar às diferenças e à ampliação de horizontes. Dentre as dificuldades identificadas, destaca-se a carência de profissionais capacitados para atuação na reserva técnica, o que por vezes compromete e limita o desenvolvimento das atividades. Como ponto positivo observou-se que a reserva técnica apresenta a preocupação em promover democratização do acesso à informação contida em seus acervos. Após análise das informações levantadas constatou-se que as ações desenvolvidas na reserva técnica do museu são de extrema relevância frente à precariedade do setor museológico, encontrada na realidade amazonense.@pt
