                    [0] => This study aims to analyze, through cybermetrics, the interaction and engagement rates of the In-stagram and Facebook social media platforms of the Observatório de Boas Práticas em torno do livro, da leitura, da literatura e das bibliotecas at Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte during the years 2021 and 2022. The research is quantitative and exploratory-descriptive in nature. Regard-ing the results, it is noticeable that despite having fewer followers, the Facebook social network shows higher informational engagement compared to Instagram. Additionally, social media has been a driving tool for the diffusion and dissemination of information about the Observatório de Boas Práticas concerning books, reading, literature, and libraries. It is observed that the number of Instagram followers contributes to interactions on this social network, and there is a need to im-prove strategies to reduce follower attrition. On the other hand, Facebook, despite having fewer followers, exhibits more interactive behavior towards posts, particularly in terms of publication sharing rates. In conclusion, the promotion of these practices on Facebook and Instagram social media platforms is relevant as it contributes to the expanded dissemination of the content curation work being carried out and facilitates the publicization of ideas related to the topic.@en
                    [1] => Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar, por meio da cibermetria, os índices de interação e engaja-mento das redes sociais Instagram e Facebook do projeto de extensão Observatório de Boas Práti-cas em torno do livro, da leitura, da literatura e das bibliotecas, da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, durante os anos de 2021 e 2022. A pesquisa é de caráter quantitativo, sendo ex-ploratória-descritiva. Quanto aos resultados, é perceptível que a rede social Facebook, apesar de possuir menos seguidores, apresenta um maior engajamento informacional comparado ao Insta-gram. Além disso, as redes sociais têm sido uma ferramenta propulsora para a difusão e dissemina-ção das informações do Observatório de boas práticas em torno do livro, da leitura, da literatura e das bibliotecas. Verifica-se que a quantidade de seguidores do Instagram contribui para as intera-ções nessa rede social, e há a necessidade de aperfeiçoar estratégias que diminuam a evasão de seus seguidores. Por outro lado, o Facebook, apesar de ter menos seguidores, tem um comporta-mento mais interativo com as postagens, principalmente em relação aos índices de compartilha-mento das publicações. Conclui-se que há relevância no processo de divulgação dessas práticas nas redes sociais Facebook e Instagram, pois contribuem para ampliação da divulgação do trabalho de curadoria de conteúdo que está sendo realizado, bem como favorecem a publicização das ideias sobre boas práticas relacionadas ao tema.@pt
