                                            [0] => Graphic Medicine emerges as a promising therapeutic approach in bibliotherapy, leveraging the unique characteristics of comic books to promote the emotional health and well-being of patients. The general objective of this study was to discuss the potential of graphic medicine in bibliotherapeutic procedures, with a view to contributing to the promotion of health and well-being. The research methodology employed has a qualitative approach, theoretical in nature, based on bibliographic research that relates bibliotherapeutic elements to the potentials of graphic medicine. As a result, it was found that graphic medicine contributes to the bibliotherapeutic processes of identification, introjection, projection, catharsis, and introspection, serving both as a source of information about diseases and treatments and as a means of externalizing the experiences and lives of readers and patients undergoing some type of healing process. It is concluded that graphic medicine proves to be a valuable instrument that deserves to be further explored and highlighted in bibliotherapy practices, especially in clinical and institutional settings.
                                            [1] => A graphic medicine emerge como uma abordagem terapêutica promissora na biblioterapia, aproveitando as características únicas das histórias em quadrinhos para promover a saúde emocional e o bem-estar dos pacientes. Este estudo teve como objetivo geral discutir o potencial da graphic medicine nos procedimentos biblioterapêuticos, com vistas a contribuir para a promoção da saúde e bem-estar. A metodologia de pesquisa empregada possui uma abordagem qualitativa, de natureza teórica, pautada na pesquisa bibliográfica que relaciona os elementos biblioterapêuticos aos potenciais da graphic medicine. Como resultado, foi constatado que a graphic medicine contribui nos processos biblioterapêuticos de identificação, introjeção, projeção, catarse e introspecção, contribuindo tanto como fonte de informação sobre doenças e tratamentos quanto como meio de externalizar as experiências e vivências dos leitores e pacientes que passam por algum tipo de processo de cura. Conclui-se que graphic medicine se mostra um instrumento valioso que merece ser melhor explorado e evidenciado nas práticas de biblioterapia principalmente clínicas e institucionais.
