                                            [0] => The present study offers a theoretical model of Benefit Dependency Network for the use of Knowledge Management in Information Technology projects based on the Benefit Management Theory proposed by Ward and Daniel (2006). The present study is dedicated only to the first stage – Identification and Structuring of Benefits, understanding what are the possible benefits, and if they are relevant and achievable. The methodology is based on Design Science Research, comprising an initial stage of awareness of the problem through a bibliometric analysis, where subconstructs were identified that were the basis of the script for exploratory interviews with practitioners, academics and specialists in KM. From the collected material, the artifacts found in the bibliographical research were analyzed and the barriers and opportunities in the management of benefits in Information Technology projects were identified. The proposed artifact presents five processes to support knowledge Management, which comprise Information Systems/Information Technologies, change factors, business changes, business benefits and investment objectives.
                                            [1] => O presente estudo oferece um modelo de Rede de Dependência de Benefícios para uso da Gestão do Conhecimento em projetos de Tecnologia da Informação baseado na abordagem teórica da Gestão de Benefício. Assim, identificamos e estruturamos os benefícios considerando relevantes e possíveis de alcançar. Utilizamos o método Design Science Research, compreendendo uma etapa inicial de conscientização do problema por meio de uma análise bibliométrica, na qual identificamos subconstrutos que foram a base do roteiro das entrevistas exploratórias com praticantes, acadêmicos e especialistas em Gestão do Conhecimento. A partir do material coletado, analisamos os artefatos encontrados na pesquisa bibliográfica e identificamos as barreiras e oportunidades na gestão de benefícios em projetos de Tecnologia da Informação. O artefato proposto apresenta cinco processos para suporte à etapa de identificação e estruturação de benefícios da Gestão do Conhecimento, que compreendem Sistemas e Tecnologias de Informação, fatores à mudança, mudanças no negócio, benefícios ao negócio e objetivos do investimento.
