                                            [0] => The use of digital technologies, fostered by Industry 4.0, has revolutionized the management of industrial operations and the factory floor, as well as enabling innovation in business models, which has required knowledge management to strengthen organizational structures, generating value and increasing organizational performance. This work sought to investigate which digital technologies are being adopted, by area of the economy, associated with knowledge management in the context of Industry 4.0. In order to carry out this study, a Systematic Literature Review was undertaken, of a bibliometric nature, based on the identification, categorization and quantification of data collected through Microsoft Excel software. This study was justified by the contemporaneity of the theme and by enabling the understanding of which technologies have been highlighted and where they are being applied. It was identified that there is an exponential growth in the number of researches - due to the increase in competitiveness - predominantly in manufacturing and academia. The digital technologies adopted are very variable in the areas of the economy, however, Information and Communication Technologies and Digital Learning, pillars of Industry 4.0, occurred with greater expressiveness. This research can direct other studies, helping in the implementation of digital technologies and knowledge management in productive environments and business businesses. Some reflections were added in the final remarks.
                                            [1] => O uso de tecnologias digitais, fomentado pela Indústria 4.0, tem revolucionado a gestão de operações industriais e do chão de fábrica, bem como viabilizado a inovação nos modelos de negócios, o que tem requerido a gestão do conhecimento para fortalecer as estruturas organizacionais gerando valor e aumentando o desempenho organizacional. Este trabalho buscou investigar quais tecnologias digitais estão sendo adotadas, por área da economia, associadas a gestão do conhecimento no contexto da Indústria 4.0. Para concretização deste estudo foi empreendida uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura, de caráter bibliométrico baseada na identificação, categorização e quantificação dos dados coletados através do software Microsoft Excel. Este estudo justificou-se pela contemporaneidade do tema e por possibilitar a compreensão de quais tecnologias têm recebido destaque e onde estão sendo aplicadas. Identificou-se que há crescimento exponencial do número de pesquisas – decorrente do aumento de competitividade – predominantemente na manufatura e na academia. As tecnologias digitais adotadas são muito variáveis nas áreas da economia, contudo, as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação e o Digital Learning, pilares da Indústria 4.0, ocorreram com maior expressividade. Esta pesquisa pode direcionar outros estudos, ajudando na implementação das tecnologias digitais e da gestão do conhecimento nos meios produtivos e nos negócios empresariais. Algumas reflexões foram adicionadas nas considerações finais.
