                                            [0] => Research on culture of integrity, compliance and knowledge management has aroused interest in the academic and business environment. The culture of integrity based on knowledge sharing can be understood as an organizational strategy to mitigate corporate risks. In this context, studying the past, the present and projecting the future about scientific publications on the proposed theme constitutes a relevant theoretical exercise. The general objective of this article was to analyze the production of scientific knowledge on culture of integrity, compliance and knowledge management. Thus, a bibliometric research was carried out, based on a quantitative of 109 publications (carried out between 1999 and 2021), which are indexed in the Scopus database (Elsevier). It was verified that the annual growth rate of publications on the subject was equal to 9.91% in the analyzed period and that the main poles of publication on compliance, culture of integrity and knowledge management are the United Kingdom and the United States of America, respectively. Together, these countries account for approximately 20% of world production. The main sources of publications on the subject are, respectively, the Business Information Review and the Proceedings of the European Conference on Knowledge Management. It can be concluded that this research has some limitations, since it is a very recent topic, and thus, there is a lack of specific publications on this subject. Therefore, in future works, an intellectual proposition is recommended to discuss how knowledge management can contribute to the effectiveness of the culture of integrity in organizations.
                                            [1] => Pesquisas sobre cultura da integridade, compliance e gestão do conhecimento têm despertado o interesse no ambiente acadêmico e empresarial. A cultura da integridade baseada no compartilhamento do conhecimento pode ser compreendida como uma estratégia organizacional de mitigação de riscos corporativos. Neste contexto, estudar o passado, o presente e projetar o futuro acerca das publicações científicas sobre o tema proposto constitui um relevante exercício teórico. O objetivo geral deste artigo foi analisar a produção de conhecimentos científicos sobre cultura da integridade, compliance e gestão do conhecimento. Assim, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliométrica, baseada em um quantitativo de 109 publicações (realizadas entre 1999 e 2021), as quais são indexadas junto à base da Scopus (Elsevier). Foi verificado que a taxa de crescimento anual das publicações sobre o tema foi igual a 9.91% no período analisado e que os principais polos de publicação sobre cultura da integridade, compliance e gestão do conhecimento são o Reino Unido e os Estados Unidos da América, respectivamente. Juntos, esses países concentram aproximadamente 20% da produção mundial. As principais fontes de publicações sobre o tema são, respectivamente, o Business Information Review e o Proceedings of the European Conference on Knowledge Management. Pode-se concluir que esta pesquisa possui algumas limitações, uma vez que, trata-se de um tema muito recente, e assim, há uma lacuna de publicações específicas sobre este assunto. Logo em trabalhos futuros, recomenda-se a proposição intelectual para problematizar como a gestão do conhecimento pode contribuir para efetividade da cultura da integridade nas organizações.
