                                            [0] => This research aims to analyze the level of maturity of Knowledge Management of the Municipal Secretary of Social Defense of Contagem City Hall, Minas Gerais, Brazil, considering that this unit works directly with society and impacts it. It is a research typified as exploratory-descriptive and case study. For this, a questionnaire is used to apprehend the perception of the secretariat's employees and the quantitative approach is used for data analysis. First, the quantification is oriented towards the validation of the indicators, using the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin criterion for dimensionality, Cronbach's alpha for reliability and Pearson's r, together with the p-value, for validity. In sequence, the mean, standard deviation and 95% confidence interval are used to analyze and assess the maturity of Knowledge Management. The RStudio software, version 2021.09.2 Build 382, ​​was used for these computations. As a result, the Department of Social Defense analyzed is at the third level of maturity, called Incipient, as it seeks to manage knowledge and its critical areas for its success. A total of 38 actions are articulated to raise this level of maturity. Contributions: This research tends to contribute by fostering consensus on the critical areas to be considered in Knowledge Management, as well as providing a means to assess maturity and promote its practical application to understand this aspect in the public context. As future research, longitudinal replication of the maturity of Knowledge Management in the referred Public Institution is suggested.
                                            [1] => Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar o nível de maturidade de Gestão do Conhecimento da Secretaria Municipal de Defesa Social da Prefeitura de Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brasil, haja vista que essa unidade atua diretamente com a sociedade e a impacta. Trata-se de uma pesquisa tipificada como exploratória-descritiva e estudo de caso. Para isso um questionário é empregado para apreender a percepção dos servidores da secretaria e a abordagem quantitativa é utilizada para análise dos dados. Primeiramente, a quantificação é orientada a validação dos indicadores, sendo utilizado o critério de Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin para a dimensionalidade, Alfa de Cronbach para a confiabilidade e o r de Pearson, junto ao p-Valor, para a validade. Em sequência, a média, desvio padrão e intervalo de confiança de 95% são utilizados para analisar e avaliar a maturidade da Gestão do Conhecimento. O software RStudio, versão 2021.09.2 Build 382, foi utilizado para esses cômputos. Por resultado, a Secretaria de Defesa Social analisada situa-se no terceiro nível de maturidade, denominado Incipiente, pois busca gerenciar o conhecimento e suas áreas críticas para seu sucesso. O total de 38 ações são articuladas para elevação desse nível de maturidade. Contribuições: Esta pesquisa tende a contribuir por fomentar o consenso quanto as áreas críticas a serem consideradas na Gestão do Conhecimento, bem como dispor de um meio para aferir a maturidade e promover sua aplicação prática para compreender essa vertente no contexto público. Como pesquisa futura é sugerida a replicação longitudinal da maturidade da Gestão do Conhecimento na referida Instituição Pública.
