                    [0] => The article aims to present guidelines for information management in junior enterprise and applicable to other types of organization. The junior enterprises are non-profit associations, managed exclusively by undergraduate students and linked to an institution of higher education. Usually, their teams do not exceed 30 members and the average tenure is 18 months, with a turnover that impairs the use of information to understand the environment, to build new knowledge, and to make decisions. The data were obtained through the application of questionnaires, interviews with directors, document analysis, and unsystematic observation, and were analyzed using thematic analysis. It was observed that the participants do not have a structured information management, but there are initiatives that assists in obtaining, storing, developing products, dissemination and disposal of information. In addition, some factors related to management in general have shown to be relevant for an adequate information management, such as co-management, organizational culture and the relationships established by the junior enterprise. A guide was prepared based on the successful practices of the enterprises surveyed and on the information management models disseminated in the scientific literature of the area. The material contributes to the planning and execution of internal processes and consultancies, given the role of information in the business environment. Consequently, it benefits the network of which the enterprise is part and positively impacts the development of its entire ecosystem.@en
                    [1] => O artigo objetiva apresentar características da gestão da informação em empresas juniores, que são associações civis sem fins lucrativos, geridas exclusivamente por estudantes de graduação e vinculadas à uma Instituição de Ensino Superior. Geralmente, suas equipes não ultrapassam 30 membros e a permanência média é de 18 meses, havendo uma rotatividade que prejudica o uso da informação para a compreensão do ambiente, para a construção de novos conhecimentos e a tomada de decisões. Os dados foram obtidos por meio da aplicação de questionários, entrevistas com diretores, análise documental e observação assistemática, e analisados a partir da análise temática. Observou-se que as participantes não possuem uma gestão da informação estruturada, mas há iniciativas que auxiliam a obtenção, armazenamento, desenvolvimento de produtos, disseminação e descarte de informações. Além disso, alguns fatores referentes à gestão em geral mostraram-se relevantes para uma adequada gestão da informação, são o caso da cogestão, da cultura organizacional e dos relacionamentos estabelecidos pela empresa júnior. Foi construído um guia baseado nas práticas bem-sucedidas das empresas pesquisadas e nos modelos de gestão da informação difundidos na literatura científica da área. O material contribui para o planejamento e a execução de processos internos e consultorias, visto o papel da informação no ambiente de negócios. Consequentemente, beneficia a rede da qual a empresa faz parte e impacta positivamente no desenvolvimento de todo o seu ecossistema.@pt
