                                            [0] => This work intends to analysis the State of the Art of the "risk management" theme. The future intention is to apply the study to the development of a thesis focused on the archival information units of Brazilian federal universities. Its objective is to map what has been published by Brazilian scientific literature, for the period 2010 to 2021 on informational risks, with a qualitative approach, to get an overview of the production in the field of Information Science. We search for identify articles dealing with the archives, libraries, documentation centers and museums that went through the disaster situations, information preservation and security, that focus on extending the life cycle of the collections. A total of 33 scientific articles on risk management were obtained, information security and document preservation and conservation, interconnected subjects that integrate Information Science as a field concerned with the maintenance of informational records, to promote the diffusion of knowledge.
                                            [1] => Este trabalho tenciona levantar o Estado da Arte da temática “gestão de riscos”. A pretensão futura é aplicar o estudo no desenvolvimento de tese voltada para as unidades informacionais arquivísticas das universidades federais brasileiras. Tem como objetivo mapear o que tem sido publicado na literatura científica brasileira, no período de 2010 a 2021 sobre riscos informacionais, com abordagem qualitativa, a fim de obter um balanço geral sobre a produção na área da Ciência da Informação. Buscou-se identificar artigos que tratem dos arquivos, bibliotecas, centros de documentação e museus que passem pelas situações de sinistros, preservação e segurança de informações, que tenham o foco em prolongar o ciclo de vida dos acervos. Obteve-se um total de 33 artigos científicos sobre gestão de riscos, segurança da informação e preservação e conservação de documentos, assuntos interligados que integram a Ciência da Informação como área que se preocupa com a manutenção de registros informacionais, de maneira a propiciar a difusão de saberes.
