                    [0] => Knowledge Management is a vast field of research and practical applications in a wide range of organizations. Maturity models are used to assess its organizational stage of implementation,  even though these structures have deficiencies that make their application difficult. In this context, this research aims to analyze the presence of essential aspects for the application of maturity models in Knowledge Management, namely: dimensions, instrument, levels and method of analysis. This is exploratory-descriptive research, as it seeks to advance this theme by analyzing maturity models versus imperative aspects for their application, making use of the description to express the findings through examining these structures. For this purpose, Content Analysis was adopted to examine the models, identify the aspects mentioned earlier, and quantify some of these aspects graphically. The amount of 32 maturity models, circumscribed in the interval from 2000 to 2017, were analyzed, and it was concluded that: 1) the analyzed models are incomplete in their basic aspects; 2) no structure allows its replication by others without the possibility of inconsistencies in the results; 3) there is no harmony between the levels and dimensions to be adopted. Although the studies show gaps that do not allow the instruments to be applied in their entirety, together, these support the proposition of a maturity model applicable, in fact, to organizations. Therefore, there is an opportunity to develop new structures that address the above-mentioned elements, suggestingb future research.@en
                    [1] => A Gestão do Conhecimento é um campo vasto em pesquisas e aplicações práticas em diversas organizações. Para aferir o amadurecimento do estágio organizacional de sua implementação faz-se uso de modelos de maturidade, mas essas estruturas apresentam deficiências que dificultam sua aplicação. Nesse ínterim, esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar a presença de aspectos imprescindíveis para aplicação de modelos de maturidade em Gestão do Conhecimento, a saber: dimensões, instrumento, níveis e método de análise. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratório-descritiva que busca promover aprofundamento nesta temática por meio da análise de modelos de maturidade versus aspectos imperativos para sua aplicação, fazendo uso da descrição para exprimir os achados por meio do exame dessas estruturas. Para esse feito foi adotada a Análise de Conteúdo como técnica para exame dos modelos, visando identificar a presença dos aspectos supracitados, e a quantificação para expressar, de forma gráfica, alguns desses aspectos. A monta de 32 modelos de maturidade, circunscritos no intervalo de 2000 a 2017, foram analisados e conclui-se que: 1) os modelos analisados são incompletos em seus aspectos basilares; 2) nenhuma estrutura permite sua replicação por outrem sem a possibilidade de incoerências nos resultados; 3) não há uma harmonia entre os níveis e dimensões a serem adotados. Embora os estudos apresentem lacunas que não permitam aplicar os instrumentos integralmente, em conjunto esses municiam a proposição de um modelo de maturidade aplicável, de fato, às organizações. Há, portanto, oportunidade de desenvolvimento de novas estruturas que contemplem os elementos supracitados, sendo essa uma sugestão de pesquisa futura.@pt
