                    [0] => In today´s society, both information and knowledge are indispensable resources for organizations, whether public or private. While private organizations aim to profit, public organizations aim to improve the provision of services offered to society. Public management is undergoing changes, especially with regard to the implementation of practices that aim to better meet the needs of society. Knowledge Management is one of the tools used by public management to improve their services. This paper aims to address knowledge management in the context of public administration from the identification of critical factors for the success of Knowledge Management. To fulfill this objective, a bibliographic review was carried out on the themes of Knowledge Management and Public Administration, considering works published in the last ten years. The results demonstrate that, for the implementation of knowledge management in public administration, some specific characteristics of the government sector must be considered to define the critical success factors, as indicated by the studied bibliography. The following factors were identified: the organizational culture of the public sector, the nature of leadership, public policies of a strategic nature, the application of information technology, the organizational infrastructure, the characteristics of processes and activities, the resources available and the management of people. Once identified, these factors should be worked out strategically so that the implementation of knowledge management produces positive results, with the consequent improvement of public management for the benefit of society.@en
                    [1] => Na sociedade atual, tanto a informação quanto o conhecimento são recursos indispensáveis para as organizações, sejam elas públicas ou privadas. Enquanto as organizações privadas têm como finalidade o lucro, as organizações públicas visam o aprimoramento da prestação dos serviços oferecidos à sociedade. A gestão pública vem passando por mudanças, especialmente no que se refere à implementação de práticas que visem melhor atender às necessidades da sociedade. A Gestão do Conhecimento é uma das ferramentas utilizadas pela gestão pública para o aprimoramento de seus serviços. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo abordar a gestão do conhecimento no contexto da administração pública a partir da identificação dos fatores críticos de sucesso da Gestão do Conhecimento. Para cumprimento desse objetivo foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre os temas Gestão do Conhecimento e Administração Pública, considerando trabalhos publicados nos últimos dez anos. Os resultados demonstram que, para a implantação da gestão do conhecimento na administração pública, devem ser consideradas algumas características específicas do setor governamental para definir os fatores críticos de sucesso, conforme indicados pela bibliografia estudada. Foram identificados os seguintes fatores: cultura organizacional do setor público, natureza da liderança, políticas públicas de natureza estratégica, aplicação da tecnologia da informação, infraestrutura organizacional, características dos processos e atividades, recursos disponíveis e gestão de pessoas. Depois de identificados, estes fatores devem ser trabalhados estrategicamente a fim de que a implantação da gestão do conhecimento produza resultados positivos, com o consequente aprimoramento da gestão púbica em benefício da sociedade.@pt
