                    [0] => Knowledge Management studies the creation and reuse of knowledge in environments that enable the emerging relationships between agents in this scenario, environments these called ba or enabling context. In turn, Cognitive Ergonomics examines the interaction between individuals and their work systems, in places that must be improved to facilitate decision-making. This article is the result of research that verified the descriptive correlation between Knowledge Management and Cognitive Ergonomics, in scientific literature, in large and medium-sized companies in the Brazilian industrial sector that promote the creation and reuse of knowledge under the perspective of the SECI model, a classic model of conversion of this intangible asset. This bibliographical research, with content analysis, helped by the MaxQda tool, identified effective links between ergonomically adequate industrial environments with the creation and reuse of knowledge. The results allowed us to infer that, although there is no explicit evidence of thematic correlation, there is a clear relationship between ergonomically sound environments and ba, as evidenced by the co-occurrence of expressions. This explicit connection between ergonomically salubrious environments and enabling contexts enables a legitimate approximation between Cognitive Ergonomics and Knowledge Management in industrial environments and in corresponding fields.@en
                    [1] => A Gestão do Conhecimento estuda a criação e o reúso do conhecimento em ambientes que possibilitem as relações emergentes entre os agentes nesse cenário, ambientes estes denominados ba ou contexto capacitante. Por sua vez, a Ergonomia Cognitiva examina a interação entre indivíduos e seus sistemas laborais, em ambientes que devem ser aperfeiçoados para facilitar a tomada de decisão. Este artigo resulta de pesquisa que verifica a correlação descritiva entre a Gestão do Conhecimento e a Ergonomia Cognitiva, na literatura científica, em grandes e médias empresas do setor industrial brasileiro que propiciem a criação e o reúso do conhecimento sob o prisma do modelo SECI, clássico modelo de conversão deste ativo intangível. Esta pesquisa bibliográfica, com análise de conteúdo auxiliada pela ferramenta MaxQda, identifica vinculações efetivas dos ambientes industriais ergonomicamente adequados com a criação e o reúso do conhecimento. Os resultados permitem inferir que, apesar de não haver evidência explícita de correlação temática, há clara relação entre os ambientes ergonomicamente hígidos e o ba, evidenciada pela coocorrência de expressões. Essa conexão explícita entre ambientes ergonomicamente hígidos e os contextos capacitantes possibilita a aproximação legítima entre a Ergonomia Cognitiva e a Gestão do Conhecimento nos ambientes industriais e em campos correspondentes.@pt
