                    [0] => This paper aims to analyze the knowledge management process of the Academic Registration sector, of a Higher Education Institution. This is a unique case study, with data collected through semi-structured interviews with 12 employees who work in that sector, in addition to analyzing documents and applying questionnaires and observations. The results obtained indicate that the Institution is concerned with carrying out knowledge management effectively. It is emphasized that the registration of activities is indispensable in order to understand the work processes and the internal functioning of the organization. Moreover, knowledge needs to be frequently shared with other employees in the sector.@en
                    [1] => A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar o processo de gestão do conhecimento dos núcleos do setor de Registro Acadêmico, de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior. Trata-se de um estudo de caso único, sendo os dados coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 12 colaboradores que atuam no referido setor, além da análise de documentos e aplicação de questionários e observações. Os resultados obtidos indicam que a Instituição se preocupa em realizar a gestão do conhecimento de forma efetiva. Enfatiza que o registro das atividades é indispensável para que se possa entender os processos de trabalho e o funcionamento interno da organização. Além disso, o conhecimento precisa ser frequentemente compartilhado com os demais colaboradores do setor.@pt
