                    [0] => This research aimed to analyze the existence of significance in the relationship between the critical success factors of Knowledge Management and the levels of use of the Balanced Scorecard. In operationalization, the survey technique was applied and the 11 critical success factors authored by Wong e Aspinwall and the 5 levels of use of the BSC of Soderberg were used as variables. The statistical techniques were descriptive analysis and the Kruskal-Wallis test, at a 95% significance level (p = 0.05). The results indicated the existence of significance between the variables, demonstrating that the knowledge management can come to complement the Balanced Scorecard tool in the aid of decision making and contribute to the possibility of using the critical success factors in the elaboration of models of application of the tool and structuring of its four perspectives focused on Micro and Small Companies.@en
                    [1] => A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a existência de significância na relação entre os fatores críticos de sucesso da Gestão do Conhecimento e os níveis de utilização do Balanced Scorecard. Na operacionalização é aplicada a técnica Survey e utilizadas como variáveis os 11 fatores críticos de sucesso de autoria de Wong e Aspinwall e os 5 níveis de uso do Balanced Scorecard de Soderberg. As técnicas estatísticas utilizadas são a análise descritiva e o teste de Kruskal-Wallis, ao nível de significância de 95% (p= 0,05). Os resultados indicam a existência de significância entre as variáveis, demonstrando que a gestão do conhecimento pode vir a complementar a ferramenta Balanced Scorecard no auxílio da tomada de decisão e contribuir com a possibilidade do uso dos fatores críticos de sucesso na elaboração de modelos de aplicação da ferramenta e estruturação de suas quatro perspectivas voltadas as Micro e Pequenas Empresas.@pt
