                    [0] => Introduction: The new coronavirus pandemic has imposed emergency changes in many segments of society. Objective: It reports and discusses the results of the pandemic learning assessment process from the Special Extracurricular Activity (SEA), Reference Information Service (RIS), in the undergraduate Library Science course of the Federal University of Amazonas. Method: It consists of an exploratory and descriptive study, with data collected through an online survey, with 65 participants. The instrument consists of three principals: 1) content assessment, 2) expansion potential concerning content and applicability, and 3) student self-assessment. Results: Students from different periods of the course participated in the survey. Overall, most students in all aspects positively assessed SEA (general perspectives, open classes, theoretical and practical content, and student performance). Conclusion: In a time of the pandemic, services were reinvented. With the SEA, the share of knowledge in a collaborative form was positive, through the use of active methodologies, being well evaluated by the participating students. In this way, the report of the actions and efforts committed to knowledge building and learning are elements that contribute to academic activities support and progress, as well as learning how to learn.@en
                    [1] => Introdução: A pandemia do novo coronavírus impôs mudanças emergências em muitos segmentos da sociedade. Objetivo: Relata e discute os resultados do processo de avaliação da aprendizagem em tempo de pandemia a partir da realização da Atividade Extracurricular Especial (AEE) Serviço de Referência em Informação (SRI), no curso de graduação em Biblioteconomia, da Universidade Federal do Amazonas. Método: Consiste em estudo exploratório e descritivo, com dados levantados por meio de um questionário online, com 65 participantes. O instrumento é composto por três eixos: 1) avaliação do conteúdo, 2) Potencial de expansão com relação ao conteúdo e aplicabilidade e 3) Auto avaliação do aluno. Resultados: Constatou-se a participação de alunos de distintos períodos do curso. No geral, a AEE foi avaliada de forma positiva pela maioria dos alunos em todos os quesitos (aspectos gerais, aula aberta, conteúdos teóricos e práticos e desempenho do aluno). Conclusão: O relato das ações e esforços empenhados para construir conhecimento e aprendizagem são elementos que contribuem para o apoio e o progresso nas atividades acadêmicas, bem como o aprender a aprender.@pt
