                                            [0] => This article is the result of a master's thesis that analyzes the measures adopted to guarantee the digital preservation of the Judiciary's digital archival documents. The methodology used is classified as qualitative; in terms of objectives, it is characterized as descriptive and exploratory research; and with regard to technical procedures, it is defined as bibliographic and documentary. The results highlight the use of RDC-Arq as an effective solution for the courts' digital preservation program. It is concluded that the development of tools for implementing RDC-Arq depends on collaborative efforts.
                                            [1] => O presente artigo é resultado da dissertação de mestrado que analisa as medidas adotadas para garantir a preservação digital dos documentos arquivísticos digitais do Poder Judiciário. A metodologia empregada classifica-se como qualitativa; quanto aos seus objetivos, caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa descritiva e exploratória; e no que diz respeito aos procedimentos técnicos, é definida como bibliográfica e documental. Os resultados destacam o uso do RDC-Arq como uma solução eficaz para o programa de preservação digital dos tribunais. Conclui-se que o desenvolvimento de ferramentas para a implementação do RDC-Arq depende de esforços colaborativos.
