                    [0] => Introduction: public Security Intelligence is the permanent and systematic exercise of producing and safeguarding knowledge with the aim of advising decision makers in the field of public security. The intelligence agencies of the State Public Security Intelligence System of Minas Gerais (SEISP-MG) advise the government decision-making process with knowledge of public security interests. Objective: this study was to evaluate how knowledge is shared between SEISP-MG intelligence agencies. Metholdogy:  literature reviews and interviews were carried out with the heads of the effective intelligence agencies of SEISP-MG. To analyze the interviews, the IRaMuTeQ software was used. Results: it was found that there are public intelligence policies that encourage the sharing of inter-organizational intelligence, and that the SECI Model by Nonaka and Takeuchi (1997) proved to be adequate to represent how this knowledge sharing occurs. Furthermore, it was found that the Tonet and Paz model (2006) allows understanding the sharing of inter-organizational knowledge in SEISP-MG, with a view to strengthening the actions developed within the scope of SEISP-MG. Conclusion: The research suggests possible solutions focused on improving the inter-organizational knowledge sharing process and the importance of knowledge management in public security intelligence in Minas Gerais. Among other contributions and benefits, the research contributes to the promotion of academic discussions, in the area of Information Science, and in intelligence organizations, through managers, regarding the importance of sharing inter-organizational knowledge.@en
                    [1] => Introdução: a inteligência de Segurança Pública é o exercício permanente e sistemático de produção e salvaguarda de conhecimento objetivando assessorar os tomadores de decisão no âmbito da segurança pública. As agências de inteligência do Sistema Estadual de Inteligência de Segurança Pública de Minas Gerais (SEISP-MG) assessoram o processo decisório governamental com conhecimentos de interesse da segurança pública. Objetivo: avaliar como ocorre o compartilhamento de conhecimentos entre as agências de inteligência do SEISP-MG. Metodologia: foram realizadas revisões da literatura e entrevistas com os chefes das agências de inteligência efetivas do SEISP-MG. Para análise das entrevistas, utilizou-se o software IRaMuTeQ. Resultados: constataram-se a existência de políticas públicas de inteligência que fomentam o compartilhamento de inteligência interorganizacional, e que o Modelo SECI de Nonaka e Takeuchi (1997) mostrou-se adequado para representar como ocorre esse compartilhamento de conhecimento. Além disso constatou-se que o modelo Tonet e Paz (2006) permite compreender o compartilhamento de conhecimentos interorganizacionais no SEISP-MG, com vista a fortalecer as ações desenvolvidas no âmbito do SEISP-MG. Conclusões: A pesquisa sugere possíveis soluções com fulcro na melhoria do processo de compartilhamento de conhecimento interorganizacional e a importância da gestão do conhecimento na inteligência de segurança pública de Minas Gerais. Dentre outras contribuições e benefícios, a pesquisa contribui com o fomento de discussões acadêmicas, na área da Ciência da Informação, e nas organizações de inteligência, por intermédio dos gestores, quanto à importância do compartilhamento de conhecimento interorganizacional.@pt
