                                            [0] => In this article, the objective is to present a study that is part of the SESA Network, as well as to provide a theoretical framework for an ongoing master's research within the Language and Teaching Postgraduate Program at the Federal University of Campina Grande (PPGLE/UFCG), Paraíba, Brazil. The research investigates the discursive interactive process of the teacher/student relationship in the virtual program 'Se Liga no Enem Paraíba.' In this sense, discussions regarding the role of Information Science in the interaction process in education are first explained. Secondly, drawing upon Bakhtin's Circle ideas, the theoretical foundation of the research is presented, based on the Dialogic Theory of Language. It is believed that this theoretical perspective may contribute to reflecting on the importance of Information Science in the discursive interactive process. It is concluded that research on interactions through various communication channels in this program reveals how teaching and learning in the public network are currently utilizing the virtual environment, suggesting further investigation in this information field.
                                            [1] => Este artigo demonstra um estudo que compõe a Rede SESA, bem como apresenta um recorte teórico de uma pesquisa de mestrado em andamento pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Linguagem e Ensino da Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (PPGLE/UFCG), Paraíba, Brasil, na qual se investiga o processo interativo discursivo da relação professor/aluno no programa virtual Se Liga no Enem Paraíba. Nesse sentido, primeiramente, explicita-se discussões acerca do papel da Ciência da Informação no processo de interação na educação. Em um segundo momento, à luz das ideias do Círculo de Bakhtin, apresenta-se o embasamento teórico da pesquisa alicerçado na Teoria Dialógica da Linguagem. Acredita-se que esse recorte teórico possa colaborar para se pensar na importância da Ciência da Informação no processo interativo discursivo. Conclui-se que a pesquisa em torno das interações em diferentes canais de comunicações no referido programa revela a forma como o ensino e a aprendizagem na rede pública vem se utilizando do ambiente virtual atualmente, propondo-se mais investigação nesse campo da informação.
