                                            [0] => This article presents the result of research based on a bibliographical charla about the relationship between digitization of documents and document secrecy. It aimed to describe the fundamentals of digitized documents and document secrecy, emphasizing a conceptual and historical-philosophical discussion; analyze the description of an informal conversation (chat in Castellano) with professor Pablo Soledade de Almeida Santos; map the current legislation on document secrecy assigned by CONARq; check the legislation on secrecy related to digitized documents; to analyze the principles and parameters regarding the secrecy of information contained in digitized documents in accordance with current legislation and, finally, to describe, based on the reflections of Professor Pablo Soledade de Almeida Santos, the principles of applicability of secrecy of information to documents digitized with a focus on data protection and access levels. It is characterized as qualitative-basic and descriptive research, guided by the quadripolar method. It results in the finding that there is a growing adherence to digitized document support, making it necessary to demand specific legislation for this type of document with regard to secrecy. It concludes that, although it has compiled some subsidies for further deepening of the subject, there is no specific regulation that deals with the applicability of document secrecy to digitized documents. This typology benefits from existing legislation on secrecy for any other types of documents.
                                            [1] => Este artigo apresenta o resultado de uma pesquisa baseada em uma charla biblio-arquivística sobre a relação entre digitalização de documentos e sigilo documental.  Objetivou descrever sobre os fundamentos dos documentos digitalizados e sigilo documental enfatizando uma discussão conceitual e histórico-filosófica; analisar a descrição de uma conversa informal (charla em Castellano) junto ao professor Pablo Soledade de Almeida Santos; mapear a legislação vigente sobre sigilo documental atribuídos pelo CONARq; verificar a legislação sobre sigilo voltada para os documentos digitalizados; analisar os princípios e parâmetros acerca do sigilo das informações contidos em documentos digitalizados de acordo com as legislações vigentes e, por fim, descrever, a partir das reflexões do professor Pablo Soledade de Almeida Santos, os princípios de aplicabilidade do sigilo das informações para os documentos digitalizados tendo como foco proteção de dados e níveis de acesso. Se caracteriza como pesquisa qualitativa-básica e descritiva, norteada pelo método quadripolar. Resulta na constatação de que está ocorrendo adesão crescente ao suporte documental digitalizado fazendo-se necessária a exigência de legislação específica a este tipo de documento no que tange ao sigilo. Conclui que, embora tenha compilado alguns subsídios para posterior aprofundamento do tema, não existe uma normativa específica que trate da aplicabilidade do sigilo documental aos documentos digitalizados. Essa tipologia se beneficia de legislação existente sobre sigilo para quaisquer outros tipos de documentos.
