                    [0] => The file user must be activated as a protagonist in the actions of the files, substantiating the social purpose that is to give access. This importance is that it is analyzing how to investigate the users of analyzed files. The starting point was a bibliographic survey aiming at, characterizing and identifying theoretical concepts on the subject and an experimented search for studies on the subject in the Reference Database of Journal Articles in Information Science (BRAPCI). As, only 70 results were identified in the survey actually of data from data surveyed from 1975. It is noteworthy that 18 works were carried out from a year of carrying out a survey of the profile of file users, It is discussed in a perspective theoretical, correlating with Librarianship, Information Science and mainly with Marketing. As for approaches to analyzing the majority file users, what is used in their traditional perspective. Despite the number of works, it is noteworthy that they still focus on file users as passive agents, as well as the lack of research that investigates the methodological processes of visual information systems configurations from the research of file users.@en
                    [1] => O usuário de arquivo deve ser compreendido como protagonista nas ações dos arquivos, consubstanciando a finalidade social que é dar acesso as informações. O objetivo deste artigo é investigar como os usuários de arquivos vêm sendo analisados nas pesquisas em Arquivologia. Partiu-se de um levantamento bibliográfico objetivando definir, caracterizar e identificar abordagens teóricas sobre o tema e realizou-se busca de estudos sobre a temática na Base de Dados Referenciais de Artigos de Periódicos em Ciência da Informação (BRAPCI). Como resultado, foram identificados 70 artigos na referida base de dados, sendo o primeiro datado de 1975, tendo um aumento exponencial a partir do ano de 2009. Destaca-se que apenas 18 trabalhos realizam realmente uma pesquisa de perfil de usuários de arquivo, os outros discutem usuários numa perspectiva teórica, correlacionando com a Biblioteconomia, Ciência da Informação e principalmente com o Marketing. Quanto às abordagens utilizadas para analisar os usuários de arquivo, identificou-se que em sua maioria o abordam numa perspectiva tradicional. Apesar do número de trabalhos encontrados, ressalta-se que ainda focam os usuários de arquivos como agentes passivos, bem como faltam pesquisas que identifiquem os processos metodológicos de ajustes dos sistemas de informação Arquivísticos a partir das pesquisas de usuários de arquivos.@pt
