                    [0] => The theme approaches typology and document flux of the archive of the Legal Medicine Nucleus and its administrative, juridical and social importance to preserve memory, aiming to meet future needs of its users, both internal public as external one, considering in its organization the classificatory principles of documents under permanent guard as raw material disseminator of information which are going to subside decision-making in judiciary institutions, once each archived document, especially autopsy report, from the crime scene until cause of death indexed to police investigation is a document of testimonial evidence. In this aspect, there is to be considered the need for specialization by the archivist professional, knowing not only the juridical importance but also the social and historical importance of these document sets. Methodologically, the paper is guided on a dialogic process between theory and practice.@en
                    [1] => A temática aborda o fluxo e a tipologia documental do arquivo do Núcleo de Medicina Legal e sua importância administrativa, jurídica e social para preservar a memória, com vistas a atender às necessidades futuras de seus usuários, tanto do público interno quanto do externo, considerando, em sua organização, os princípios classificatórios dos documentos sob guarda permanente como matéria-prima disseminadora de informações que vão subsidiar tomadas de decisões em instituições judiciarias, já que cada documento arquivado, principalmente o laudo tanatoscópico, desde o local do crime até a causa da morte anexado ao inquérito policial, é documento de prova testemunhal. Nesse aspecto, há que se considerar a necessidade de especialização por parte do profissional arquivista conhecendo não apenas a importância jurídica, mais a importância social e histórica desses conjuntos documentais. Metodologicamente, o artigo pauta-se em um processo dialógico entre teoria e prática.@pt
