                    [0] => Several propositions present the generations achieved by this theme. However, there is no consensus that explores the trajectory of Knowledge Management that can support organizations in the search for competitive advantage and organizational development. This subject is presented, which aims to determine an approximate consensus of the generations of Knowledge Management that can explain the path traveled by this, as well as its definitions and paradigms. To meet the proposed objective, a descriptive and qualitative research was carried out, through a systematic literature review and content analysis. It is concluded that it is possible to determine an approximate consensus between the development stages of Knowledge Management, despite the distinction of nomenclatures found in the literature. Three generations were found, defined by technological, human and behavioral paradigms, respectively. All these paradigms are treated for application of knowledge and creation of organizational value. In this way, this study made efforts to determine aspects that guide the evolution of Knowledge Management.@en
                    [1] => Diferentes proposições apresentam as gerações logradas pela Gestão do Conhecimento. No entanto, não é exposto um consenso que explane a trajetória percorrida e que possa apoiar as organizações na busca de vantagem competitiva e desenvolvimento organizacional. Nessa perspectiva, essa pesquisa tem por objetivo determinar um consenso aproximado das gerações da Gestão do Conhecimento que possa explicar o caminho percorrido por essa, bem como suas definições e paradigmas. Foi realizada uma pesquisa descritiva e qualitativa, por meio de uma revisão sistemática de literatura e análise de conteúdo. Conclui-se que, é possível determinar um consenso aproximado entre as etapas de desenvolvimento da Gestão do Conhecimento, apesar da distinção de nomenclaturas encontradas na literatura. Foram encontradas três gerações, definidas pelos paradigmas tecnológicos, humano e comportamental, respectivamente. Todos esses paradigmas são tratados para aplicação do conhecimento e criação de valor organizacional.@pt
