                    [0] => This article presents an overview of the state of the art in the thematic ontology as an information tool for the Electronic Patient Record (EHR) to be made available at Distributed Ledger Technology. In a growing context and varied volume of information on people´s health, it is a challenge for the Electronic Patient Record to follow the patient wherever he goes. The general objective of the study is to obtain an overview of research carried out on ontologies to organize the information in the Electronic Patient Record to be made available at Distributed Ledger Technology, from the perspective of Information Science and its interdisciplinary relations with areas of Health and Science of Computing. The methodological trajectory uses a literature review in the three areas of knowledge, followed by a quantitative and exploratory research of dissertations, theses and articles indexed and retrieved from national and international search engines, totaling seven, for the period from 2015 to 2020. The results obtained with the search strategies indicate little exploration of ontologies to organize the information of the countless and diversified Electronic Patient Records to be shared in the new digital informational environment, at Distributed Ledger Technology. It is concluded that there is a need for more studies to articulate, in an interdisciplinary way, the interoperability of clinical systems through ontology for later use of Distributed Ledger Technology in the provision of patient health information.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo apresenta uma visão geral do estado da arte na temática ontologia como instrumento de organização da informação do Prontuário Eletrônico do Paciente (PEP) a ser disponibilizado na Distributed Ledger Technology. Em um contexto de crescente e variado volume de informação da saúde das pessoas, é um desafio o Prontuário Eletrônico do Paciente acompanhar o paciente por onde ele for. O objetivo geral do estudo é obter o panorama de pesquisas realizadas sobre ontologias para organizar a informação do Prontuário Eletrônico do Paciente a ser disponibilizado na Distributed Ledger Technology, sob a ótica da Ciência da Informação e suas relações interdisciplinares com áreas da Saúde e da Ciência da Computação. Como trajetória metodológica utilizou-se de uma revisão de literatura nas três áreas do conhecimento, seguido de uma pesquisa quantitativa e exploratória de dissertações, teses e artigos indexados e recuperados em sites de buscas nacionais e internacionais, totalizando sete, para o período de 2015 a 2020. Os resultados obtidos com as estratégias de busca apontam pouca exploração das ontologias para organização da informação dos inúmeros e diversificados Prontuários Eletrônicos dos Pacientes para serem compartilhados no novo ambiente informacional digital, na Distributed Ledger Technology. Conclui-se a necessidade de mais estudos para articular, de maneira interdisciplinar, a interoperabilidade dos sistemas clínicos por meio da ontologia para posterior utilização da Distributed Ledger Technology na disponibilização da informação de saúde do paciente.@pt
