                    [0] => Human relationships have become increasingly complex as a result of globalization. Knowledge is created from a social interaction, moving from the tacit to the explicit and converted through socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. Intelligence rests on the production of knowledge aiming to advise decision makers. The agencies of the Minas Gerais Public Security Intelligence System advise the government decision-making process with useful knowledge in the field of public security. The research problem aims to verify whether the four forms of knowledge conversion occur satisfactorily, among the managers and intelligence analysts who work in the referred System. Research is essential for public security in Minas Gerais, considering that the intelligence activity directly advises decision makers of the respective organizations, through informational inputs for the elaboration and validation of preventive strategies to reduce crime.@en
                    [1] => As relações humanas tornaram-se cada vez mais complexas ocasionada pela globalização. O conhecimento é criado de uma interação social, partindo do tácito para o explícito e convertido pela socialização, externalização, combinação e internalização. A inteligência repousa na produção de conhecimento objetivando assessorar os tomadores de decisão. As agências do Sistema de Inteligência de Segurança Pública mineiro assessoram o processo decisório governamental com conhecimentos úteis no âmbito da segurança pública. O problema de pesquisa visa verificar se ocorre de forma satisfatória, entre os gestores e analistas de inteligência que atuam no referido Sistema, as quatro formas de conversão do conhecimento. A pesquisa é fundamental para a segurança pública em Minas Gerais, tendo em vista que a atividade de inteligência assessora diretamente os tomadores de decisão das respectivas organizações, por intermédio de insumos informacionais para a elaboração e a validação de estratégias preventivas para a redução da criminalidade.@pt
