                    [0] => Currently, organizations are surrounded by a context of high information volume, a growing increase in customer expectations, an environment of continuous change and increased competitiveness in the global market. In this context, the discipline of business process management is consolidated, in the context where the functional view of organizations is replaced by the view oriented to processes. The objective of the research was to map BPM methodologies applied in Brazilian public higher education institutions. To this end, searches were carried out on the basis of theses and dissertations from Portal Capes, with 14 BPM methodologies applied in the context of educational institutions. Through Bardin´s Content Analysis methodology (1977), the 14 methodologies were briefly described and compared. The most complete methodologies regarding the contemplation of stages of a BPM methodology were that of Miguel (2015), Barbosa (2016), Pina (2013) and Oliveira (2018).@en
                    [1] => Atualmente, as organizações estão cercadas por um contexto de grande volume informacional, aumento crescente das expectativas dos clientes, ambiente de mudanças contínuas e acirramento da competitividade no mercado global. Nesse contexto a disciplina de gestão de processos de negócio se consolida, no contexto em que a visão funcional das organizações é substituída pela visão orientada à processos. O objetivo da pesquisa foi mapear metodologias BPM aplicadas em Instituições de Ensino Superior públicas brasileiras. Para tal foram realizadas buscas na base de teses e dissertações do Portal Capes, encontrando-se 14 metodologias BPM aplicadas no contexto de instituições de ensino. Por meio da metodologia de Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin (1977), as 14 metodologias foram brevemente descritas e comparadas. As metodologias mais completas em relação à contemplação de etapas de uma metodologia BPM foram a de Miguel (2015), Barbosa (2016), Pina (2013) e Oliveira (2018).@pt
