                                            [0] => The availability of open databases by government agencies has become a tangle of Big Data, without structuring and semantic representation of data understandable by the machine and the user, requiring applications of technologies that establish standards, thus allowing better recovery. This research aims to identify which Semantic Web technologies can contribute to a standardization of structuring and representation of open government data in the context of Big Data. This is a qualitative research with an exploratory objective in which semi-structured interviews and documentary analysis will be carried out. The research is still in its initial stage, but as a result it is expected that it will contribute to the organization of government databases, facilitating the interoperability of Big Data databases, using the available Semantic Web technologies.
                                            [1] => A disponibilização de base de dados abertos pelos órgãos governamentais tem se tornado um emaranhado de Big Data, sem estruturação e representação semântica dos dados compreensível pela máquina e pelo usuário, demandando aplicações de tecnologias que estabeleçam padrões, permitindo, assim, melhor recuperação. Esta pesquisa pretende identificar quais tecnologias de Web Semântica podem contribuir com uma padronização de estruturação e representação de dados abertos governamentais no contexto de Big Data. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de objetivo exploratório na qual será realizada entrevista semiestruturada e análise documental. A pesquisa ainda se encontra em estágio inicial, porém como resultado é esperado que ela contribua para a organização das bases de dados governamentais, facilitando a interoperabilidade das bases do tipo Big Data, utilizando as tecnologias disponíveis de Web Semântica.
