                    [0] => This article has as its starting point the cancellation as experienced in the professional archival field and it is not possible to manage actions and actions in the Central Archive of the Federal University of Western Pará - UFOPA, over the last few years (2014 - 2020). One proposal is to bring to readers, mainly students and professionals, or not, to the area of ​​archivology, such as studies of file management and voltages for visibility within the organ and community of its surroundings, that is, what was done for structuring a “visible file” in the institution. The works were structured not only in the direction of the will and in the execution process, but also with a view to building foundations for the implementation of the UFOPA Central Archive. The tracked tracking allowed to know the specificities of the University Campus, in the construction, mentally allowed, of the actions that must be prioritized, such as those that are necessary and effectively act to bring an idea in the Institution and in the servers of the importance of a "file", what paths they follow and qualify the basis for the demands.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo tem como porto de partida enunciar as experiências vividas no campo profissional arquivístico e no que tange à gestão e as ações desenvolvidas no Arquivo Central da Universidade Federal do Oeste do Pará – UFOPA, ao longo dos últimos seis anos (2014 – 2020). A proposta é a de trazer aos leitores, sobretudo, estudantes e profissionais ou não da área em Arquivologia, as experiências decorrentes de uma gestão em arquivo voltadas para a visibilidade dentro do órgão e na comunidade de seu entorno, ou seja, daquilo que foi feito para a estruturação de um “arquivo visível” na instituição. Os trabalhos foram estruturados não só pelo caminho da vontade e do empenho de ser fazer, mas também com vistas a construir alicerces para efetivação do Arquivo Central da UFOPA. O trajeto trilhado permitiu conhecer as especificidades de Campus da Universidade, na construção, inicialmente mentalizada, das ações que deveriam ter prioridade, as que seriam complementares e como efetivamente agir para trazer a ideia na Instituição e nos servidores da importância de um “arquivo”, de que caminhos seguir e qual o embasamento para as demandas.@pt
