                    [0] => The research aimed to know the collection of the sector file of the School Registration Coordinator through diagnosis in order to identify the types of documents produced, received and accumulated in the sector and verify the process of packaging and storage. The general objective was to diagnose the problems existing in the CRE´s sector archive, especially the documents of the National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment. The methodology adopted was the qualitative and quantitative research of an exploratory nature, in addition to the participant research and case study, in which the intervention technique was used. The process of packaging and storage of documents and document typologies were identified, quantifying the documents with the purpose of transferring them to the Central Archive of the Rectory, storage environment of the closed fund of the National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment. It concludes the social environment under study, is not oriented to the organization of documents by the instruments instituted for management such as laws, standards, manuals and technical procedures.@en
                    [1] => A pesquisa buscou conhecer o acervo do arquivo setorial da Coordenadoria de Registro Escolar por meio de diagnóstico, a fim de identificar os tipos de documentos produzidos, recebidos e acumulados no setor e verificar o processo de acondicionamento e armazenamento. Tendo como objetivo geral diagnosticar os problemas existentes no arquivo setorial da CRE, em especial os documentos do Programa Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino Técnico e Emprego. A metodologia adotada foi a pesquisa de campo com fins de diagnosticar o respectivo acervo com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa com objetivo exploratório e resultados descritivos. A imersão do pesquisador no ambiente de pesquisa foi proporcionada por técnicas de pesquisa participante promovida por uma intervenção. Identificou-se o processo de acondicionamento e armazenamento dos documentos e as tipologias documentais, quantificando os documentos com o propósito de transferi-los para o Arquivo Central da Reitoria, ambiente de armazenamento do fundo fechado do Programa Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino Técnico e Emprego. Conclui-se que o ambiente social em estudo não se orienta para a organização dos documentos pelos instrumentos instituídos para a gestão, como as leis, normas, manuais e procedimentos técnicos.@pt
