                    [0] => This article aims to analyze the elements that guarantee the authenticity and authentication of the born digital documents present in the Unified Process Administration System (SUAP) of the Paraíba Regional Labor Court – 13th Region. Based on this premise, an overview of literature was drawn, with regard diplomatic disciplines and documentoscopy. The first seeks, from the documentar form, to determine the authenticity of the documents. The second moves towards the investigation, considering that it is an área of ​​criminalistics, with the objective of defining the authorship of the documents that were in turn, modified or falsified. The methodology used was bibliographic research with a qualitative approach, to understand the process of diplomatic, typological and documentoscopic analysis. The tool used was the interview, so that it was possible to understand how the authentication process of the documents that are born, are processed and are filed in the system used by the TRT. In this way, it can be said that not all processes issued by TRT fit the standard of "ideal digital document", diplomatically speaking, so that they can be considered complete.@en
                    [1] => Analisa, sob a perspectiva da Diplomática e da Documentoscopia, os elementos de autenticidade e autenticação dos documentos administrativos digitais e digitalizados, que nascem, tramitam e são arquivados no Sistema Unificado de Administração de Processos (SUAP) do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da Paraíba da 13ª Região. A partir dessa premissa, foi traçado um levantamento na literatura, no tocante às áreas Diplomática e Documentoscopia. A primeira busca, a partir da forma documental, determinar a autenticidade dos documentos. A segunda avança em direção à investigação, tendo em vista que é uma área da criminalística, cujo objetivo é identificar a autoria dos documentos que foram modificados ou falsificados. No que concerne a metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória e descritiva com abordagem qualitativa do tipo Estudo de Caso. Por fim, conclui-se que a presença de mais elementos que confiram a autenticidade do documento é de suma importância, a exemplo do uso de marcas d’água, certificados ou selos digitais ou QR Cod e que seriam de extrema valia, e poderia potencializar a autenticidade dos documentos do TRT 13.@pt
