                    [0] => The main objective of this research is to determine the degree of transparency of ten public Secondary Education Institutes (IES) located in the capital city of Zaragoza, by evaluating two essential aspects: active and voluntary disclosure on their corporate websites, as well as the web platform itself used for disseminating information. The methodology is based on the creation of a map of active and voluntary disclosure made up of 34 indicators, 16 related to the obligations set out in the regulations (general indicators) and 18 of an educational nature (specific indicators). A rubric with evaluation criteria was also generated to analyze additional characteristics of the published information (form, dating, accessibility and clarity), as well as the web platform (web and mobile accessibility, location of publication and structure). The main results reveal the limited information that can be found through the school websites and that these web platforms do not facilitate the search and location of information. It is concluded that educational institutions are still in an initial phase of adaptation, and improvement proposals should initially focus on the publication of various types of information, considering both the quantity and quality of the content.@en
                    [1] => El principal objetivo de esta investigación es determinar el grado de transparencia de diez Institutos de Educación Secundaria (IES) públicos ubicados en Zaragoza capital mediante la evaluación de dos aspectos esenciales: la publicidad activa y voluntaria en sus páginas web corporativas, así como el propio soporte web que se utiliza para difundir la información. La metodología se desarrolla a partir de la creación de un mapa de publicidad activa y voluntaria compuesto por 34 indicadores, 16 relativos a las obligaciones previstas en la normativa (indicadores generales) y 18 de carácter educativo (indicadores específicos). También se generó una rúbrica con criterios de valoración para analizar características adicionales de la información publicada (forma, datación, accesibilidad y claridad), así como del soporte web (accesibilidad web y móvil, lugar de publicación y estructura). Los principales resultados revelan la poca información que se puede localizar a través de las webs de centro y que dichos soportes web no facilitan la búsqueda y localización de la información. Se concluye que los centros educativos todavía se encuentran en una fase inicial de adaptación y las propuestas de mejora deben ir dirigidas inicialmente a la publicación de diversos tipos de información atendiendo tanto a la cantidad como a la calidad de los contenidos.@es
